· Was born within a Dalish clan that wanders through Rivain. It was clear from a young age that Lapis possessed great magical prowess, and was thus the ideal candidate for the "First" of the clan.

· However, as she grew older, it became clear that Lapis' connection to the Fade was more intense than most, soon revealing that she's a dreamer (aka somniari). Her dreams becoming nightmares as demons started to be drawn to her, as she kept entering the Fade in her sleep. This eventually resulted in her being attacked and killed by a demon that escaped through her dream, only to be saved by some of the spirits of the Fade.

· While she dealt with the demon with the help of the spirits who revived her, Lapis realised that she had become a danger to her clan, even more-so now that spirits of the Fade were attached to her. So she left. Her sister eventually caught up to her, insistent on going with her younger sister.

· Lapis and her sister eventually parted ways as demons became more drawn to Lapis, yet the sisters still manage to keep in-touch, the Fade spirits attached to Lapis helping to pass messages. Now Lapis wanders the lands, evading demons and doing her best to aid any others she finds lost within the wilds.

· Since she needs to make money somehow, Lapis will sometimes perform in random taverns and such - luckily she's skilled enough to draw in crowds, and can hide her ears if she styles her hair just right.

· Is an incredibly skilled mage, who uses creation and spirit spells alongside her ability to use the power of the Fade in battle. But she does, however, lack other forms of offensive spells.
